Our dedicated team of IT professional's manages systems and troubleshoots issues to ensure our clients are able to work efficiently, all while minimizing business downtime.

We’re looking for a full-time RAD Wizard to help us solve more complex issues that require considerable knowledge of servers, virtualization and layer 2 networking. Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues are essential in this position.

As a RAD Wizard you will be a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving complicated issues that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide tech support in person, over the phone or via remote access for issues related to computer systems software, hardware, patching, etc.
Be an escalation point for level 1 technicians to provide guidance on complex troubleshooting tasks
Diagnose issues to find best practice solutions
Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for solutions to ongoing issues
Tailor communication style and troubleshooting delivery to match knowledge or skill level of end user
Create documentation and provide feedback on existing documentation
Track and enter time quickly and accurately
Set up, configure and troubleshoot servers, computers, and networking equipment
Serve as part of an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Work in a flexible and collaborative manner
Ensure confidentiality and security of all information
Drive on site to client locations
