Responsibilities:

Greeting patients: Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients as they arrive. -Manage the patient schedule: Schedule patients via phone, text, and email. Check patients in and out.
Daily reports and payments: Process payments and compile end-of-day reports.
Handle administrative tasks: coordinate referrals, record keeping, insurance verification
Clinical Assistant: Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including health history documentation.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Provide support during chiropractic procedures, following instructions from the chiropractor, educate patients on self care management strategies
Maintain inventory of supplies and retail items and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Front office/Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred
Familiar knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is valued
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow systems
Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
