This position requires working in our office in Hood River as well as our office in The Dalles.

WestCoast Digital Denture and Implant Center is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative and clerical support to our staff.

Your role will be to greet guests, check in clients, answer phones, and make appointments. You should be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and has great communication skills. Our Front Desk Receptionist must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and answering phones in a friendly, professional manner.
Manage front desk phone system, receive and return messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Answering questions regarding the practice of denturistry.
Maintain office equipment (computer skills).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the practice management team or the dental professionals such as scheduling patient's treatments, billing records management, inventory control, ordering supplies, and preparing patient rooms.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills. This position requires excellent written communication skills as well.
Organized & self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
