Hood River based landscape/garden maintenance business seeking full-time gardener to join our team for the 2025 season and beyond. This is a fast-paced and very physically demanding outdoor position. We maintain all aspects of residential and commercial garden beds & containers for 45+ clients throughout the gorge (Parkdale to Carson). Seeking upbeat, reliable, communicative, strong, and hard working person(s) to join the team. Must have reliable transportation to Hood River, a good attitude and attention to detail. Some plant knowledge & landscape experience preferred. Season runs early March til December 1, and candidates must commit to working through the season. Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in gardening and landscaping
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively (electric hedge trimmers, gas blowers)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
