Concierge position available at a high-end health and wellness studio. The right candidate for this position is fun, very outgoing, upbeat, a people-person, and loves games and rewards for reaching targets. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities (workplace BAD ASS) during all the day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters at Cell Regen.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.

Customer services skills

Phone Answering etiquette, Able to call clients back to reschedule and to schedule new clients,

The ideal candidate has previous reception experience

Proficient in Word, Google Docx, Excel, Microsoft Office, and online scheduling systems. Ability to learn computer systems

Marketing Skills, setting up events, proficient in light graphic design and making marketing materials

Management Experience Recommended but not required, ability to take direction and lead; Teachable.

Starting wage 18-20 hr with options for bonuses and commission

M-F Hours 8:30-4:30 pm
