Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Duotone, Fanatic, ION, SQLab

· Location- Boards & More offices, White Salmon WA.

· Hours: 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday. Potential for flexibility or part time. Benefits and vacation pro-rated for part time employment

· Hourly Wage, depends on experience $17 - $19/hour

· Benefits- medical benefits paid for full time employee

· Vacation- 16 days of “personal time” per year, plus 10 holidays.

· Reports directly to Director of Operations

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing outstanding support to our retail partners and end customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with outdoor enthusiasts, problem-solve in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, providing timely and professional assistance.
Address product-related questions, order inquiries, shipping issues, and other customer concerns with a focus on prompt resolution and satisfaction.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, utilizing our internal systems and procedures.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery, keeping customers informed of any delays or issues.
Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to drive product improvements and service enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Provide product recommendations, usage tips, and troubleshooting assistance to customers to enhance their experience.
Assist with special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the customer service team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a retail, e-commerce, or wholesale environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (Gorgias). Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be helpful.
Passion for outdoor sports and familiarity with related equipment and gear preferred.
